Named for Chef and Owner Gio Osso’s own first-born son, Nico is a true family and neighborhood affair. Located only minutes from Gio’s own home, the chef’s close proximity to the restaurant is evident in every West Coast seasonal Italian-inspired dish that exits Nico’s kitchen.

 

From rolling his own handmade pastas onsite every day to hand-selecting local ingredients to feature in his signature heirloom family recipes, Nico has fast become Gio’s unofficial home away from home.
